Clear professional boundaries
Codes of conduct and child-safe practices guide interactions between adults and children.

Images, information and devices are managed in accordance with service policy and current child-safety requirements.
Listening and responding
Children and families are given accessible ways to express concerns, provide feedback and help improve practice.
